Who runs Plural

Plural is operated by Nexflow AI Labs, a sole proprietorship registered in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Contact: nishit@orck.ai.

What we collect

• Account details — your name, email address, mobile number, and the password hash held by our authentication provider. If you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture, nothing else.
• What you write in Plural — planner entries, goals, habits, routines, messages, projects, documents, tasks and meeting notes.
• Technical records — request logs kept by our hosting and database providers for security and debugging.

How it is used

Only to run the product: to show you your own data, to deliver messages and tasks to the people in the companies you belong to, and to send service email such as sign-in links. We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to train machine-learning models.

Who can see what

Your planner — Today, Plan, goals, habits, routine and growth — is private to your account and is enforced at the database level by per-row access rules. Nobody you invite into a company can read it. Anything you post inside a company (messages, projects, documents, tasks, meetings) is visible to the members of that company.

Where it lives

Data is stored by Supabase (PostgreSQL, Mumbai region) and served by Vercel. Service email is sent through Resend. Each of these processes data on our behalf under their own data-processing terms.

Google user data

If you connect a Google account, Plural requests only the scopes needed for the feature you asked for: your basic profile for sign-in, and calendar access only if you choose to connect a calendar. Plural’s use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Calendar data is used solely to create and show the meetings you schedule in Plural; it is never sold, never used for advertising, and never read by a human except with your explicit permission to resolve a support issue you raised.

How long we keep it

Until you delete it. Delete a company and its shared content is removed. Ask us to close your account and we delete your account and everything private to it within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

Your rights

You can export your planner data from Settings at any time, correct your details in Settings, and request deletion by emailing nishit@orck.ai. We answer within 30 days.

Children

Plural is not intended for anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will say so in the product before the change takes effect.
