Meetings that produce work

For people who run more than one thing
One private planner for your day. One shared workspace for each company. One calendar across all of them.

Plural is for anyone whose work is plural — a founder running two companies, an operator splitting the week between clients, a studio owner with projects under one roof and a life outside it.
Today, the week ahead, goals, habits, your routine and how it is all trending. Stored against your account alone and protected in the database, not just hidden in the interface. The people you invite cannot read a line of it.

Every call from every company in one day-by-day view — with a warning when two of them overlap.

Milestones plotted between start and finish, markdown specs attached, tasks and status updates in the same place.

Unread counts, @mentions and one activity bell, so a message from a teammate never sits unseen.
Email and password, or continue with Google. Your planner is ready immediately, with a starter routine you can edit.
Name it, give it a colour and a work email. You get channels and a place for projects straight away.
Send a code. They see that company — never your planner, never your other companies.
Plural is a work app for people who run or work across more than one company. It gives you one private daily planner — today, your week, goals, habits and routine — and a separate shared workspace for each company, with channels, projects, tasks, documents and meetings.
No. Your planner is stored against your own account and protected by row-level security in the database, not just hidden in the interface. People you invite into a company can read that company’s channels, projects and tasks, and nothing else.
Those tools assume one organisation. Plural assumes several. Every company you add is a separate space with its own people, projects, calendar and colour, and the app shows you one agenda and one task list across all of them — plus a private planner those tools do not have.
Open the company’s Team tab, create an invite code, and send it with the link. They sign up, enter the code, and land in that company only — not in your other companies, and never in your planner.
Yes. Plural is built mobile-first and installs to your home screen as an app on iOS and Android — open the site, choose Add to Home Screen, and it opens full-screen with its own icon.
Paste your notes after a call. Plural pulls out the decisions and the action items, lets you confirm who owns each one and when it is due, creates those tasks, and posts the summary to the channel so nobody has to ask what was agreed.
Every call you schedule opens prefilled in the right Google account with the guests attached, or downloads as an .ics file for Outlook and Apple Calendar. Two-way sync is being added.
Plural is free while it is in beta. Pricing will be announced with at least 14 days’ notice in the app, and you can export your data at any time.
