Terms of service
Last updated 9 October 2026
1. The agreement
These terms are between you and Nexflow AI Labs (“we”), the operator of Plural. By creating an account you accept them.
2. Your account
You must be 16 or older and give accurate details. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password secure. Tell us promptly at nishit@orck.ai if you believe it has been compromised.
3. What the service is during beta
Plural is in beta and is provided free of charge. Features may change. We aim to give at least 14 days’ notice in the product before removing a feature you rely on or before charging for the service, and you may export your data and close your account at any time before a change takes effect.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you put into Plural. You grant us only the licence needed to store, process and display it to you and to the members of the companies you join, for the purpose of operating the service. We do not use your content to train models.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Plural to break the law, to infringe someone else’s rights, to send unsolicited bulk messages, to attempt to access another account or company, or to probe, scan or overload the service. We may suspend an account that does, and will tell you why.
6. Availability
We do not promise uninterrupted service during beta. We will publish planned maintenance in advance where practical.
7. Data and deletion
We handle personal data as described in the privacy policy. On request we delete your account and its private data within 30 days. If you delete a company you own, its shared content is deleted for every member.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is” during beta, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the preceding 12 months or USD 100. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Ending it
You may stop using Plural and delete your account at any time. We may end your access with 30 days’ notice, or immediately for a serious breach of section 5, and in either case you keep the right to export your data for 30 days.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
